The Story:

With more than 522,829 followers, Galaxy Macau Facebook Official page represent Galaxy Macau’s extraordinary, unlimited leisure experiences, with exclusive access to amazing resort attractions, delicious dining, luxurious lifestyle shopping and the spectacular Grand Resort Deck. 

During 2019 Chinese New Year, client intiate a social media campaign to encourage people to share their luxury moments at The Promenade Shops onto the social campaign post in order to win a $68,888 Luxury Package. 

 

Most important challenges that client needed to tackle are resources and professional support. They needed extra resources to manage tremendous responses and enquiries during Public Holiday. They also needed to make sure those participants were following the fair game rules so they had to quality check and verified each entry was valid. We helped client from front-end to communicate with their facebook visitors to backend verification and also prize arrangement and report analysis. 

 

The campaign post was running successfully with more than 700k reaction within 28 days.
